Shipping and Return Policy
Reese Jubier Fine Art pays to pack, insure, and ship all original artwork and editions to customers within the Continental United States (collectors outside the U.S., please contact us for acquisitions). Original artwork will be packaged and shipped to you within three to five business days after you've made your purchase. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment to inform you when your painting will arrive. Our insurance requires a signature on your end when receiving your artwork. If you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open it and then open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Please call us immediately if there are any problems. (201-360-1818)
At Reese Jubier Fine Art, customer satisfaction is a top priority. Before purchasing a large painting you should measure your wall space to be sure you'll be happy with the fit. If you're not delighted with your original artwork purchase, we will give you a full refund providing you contact our studio (contact form below or call 201-360-1818) and ship the painting back within 5 days of receiving your artwork. If you notify us after 5 days, we cannot offer you a refund.
For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork you received with your order. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We require that you use a trackable shipping service and that you purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork (just as we shipped it to you). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return your artwork, you should mail your product to: Reese Jubier 164 Voorhis Ave, New Milford, NJ 07646 - USA. Please email us the tracking number (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the return so that we can be present to receive and sign for the artwork.
I order and pay for your giclee as soon as I receive your payment. It's printed just for you. Therefore, giclee's are non-refundable. To date, I've never had a dissatisfied customer. I credit this to representing accurate colors from my website and asking clients to measure their wall space for larger works before ordering them. I can't guarantee 100% accuracy of your computers monitor. Please feel free to call me if you have any questions. 201-360-1818
When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and open the box in front of the carrier who delivered it. Photograph any damage to the artwork and call us immediately (201-360-1818). Be sure the carrier documents the damage.
